With private parking, and nearby access to public transport, beaches, town centres, quayside, traditional pubs, and restaurants, make it a perfect destination for your holiday.

We are really just an air “b”, so don’t provide breakfast, but with smart check in, individually designed decor, a tea and coffee corner, come in, unwind and relax .

The Admirals Quarters

Experience the charm of Old Leigh in this beautifully restored two-bedroom suite with exposed oak beams and elegant furnishings. One bedroom offers sea views; the other is an open plan delight. Enjoy a comfortable living area, flat-screen TV, and dining space. Located on Old Leigh High Street with direct access to our Boatyard Restaurant and events, waterside deck, with arguably the best views of the Thames Estuary. Also available is our Galley Coffee Shop, and Street Food.

Loch Ness

Named after the most famous loch in Scotland, the Loch Ness room sleeps 4 people (1 double or twin beds and bunk beds) and offers and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. This room also boasts an outside terrace with amazing views over the Fort Augustus and the River Oich. We are also dog friendly are happy to welcome well behaved pets with responsible owners. We will even provide a bed for the extra family member. (There is an additional charge of £20 per pet).

This property’s ideal location provides the perfect base for exploring the stunning Folkestone coast or for a pre-crossing rest, being just 3 miles away from the Channel Tunnel, Offering free parking and being connected to one of the areas most renowned restaurants. The central location means guests can benefit from being surrounded by an array of restaurants, cafes and shops.

Feldon Valley - Lodge Woods View (Dog Friendly)

Our Lodges consist of 25 ensuite bedrooms spread across 5 buildings, set in woodland running parallel to our golf course. The Main Lodge consists of 13 bedrooms in 3 room types across the ground and first floor levels. In the Main Lodge you will also find our Reception and Hotel Bar. Leading away from the Main Lodge, on the raised boardwalk that meanders through the woodlands, are the 4 individual lodge - each with three ensuite bedrooms.
