Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. Welcome to the Studio, a lovely self-contained annex with superb coastal location in the seaside village of Porthtowan & good access to the A30 and W. Cornwall. The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Stay in a beautifully restored 1777 Annex with 9 acres of countryside to explore. Cosy bedroom with wooden beams, French doors to wildflower meadows, and a moon gate leading to rolling hills. Relax in the hot tub with panoramic views (wildlife spotting included!), picnic under our 100 year-old oak tree, or enjoy the quirky honesty-bar kitchen. Close to Manchester, Leeds, Halifax, and charming Yorkshire villages, perfect for a peaceful escape with a touch of magic (hot tub £30 per night)

Entire Guest House with Hot Tub in mid Suffolk

A cosy cottage style property, ideal for couples or young families. It has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to unwind you from the moment you arrive. The hot tub is for exclusive use. It is surrounded by the beautiful Suffolk countryside, with walks on your doorstep. A mile away you will find a selection of shops, pubs/ restaurants, farm shop. The area boasts many places to visit, Bury St Edmunds, Lavenham, the coast at Aldeburgh and Southwold, Framlingham Castle and many more.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

Waterfront Suite in our Townhouse

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.

Self contained annex - Peak District riverside

A private, self-contained, en-suite annex, next to the River Wye, in a tranquil setting. Direct access to covered decking area & shared garden so you can enjoy the water, wildlife and countryside. Food prep area with fridge, microwave, sink, kettle & toaster. Plenty of walks from the doorstep, cycle routes and climbing opportunities. Perfectly located to explore the Peak District. Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

It’s the perfect spot to enjoy nature and tranquillity, Ideally located to explore all the attractions that the Forest and Wye valley have to offer. Wether it be mountain biking, canoeing, hiking or just a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle, the Retreat provides it all.

We welcome you to enjoy our detached studio space nestled between the villages of Smeeth and Brabourne, we are lucky to have wonderful views and the country walks are plentiful. Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.
