Beaches, hiking and biking are right outside the front door! This little area is known as Brock’s Beach and was settled by a few families that would buy the entire street. When their kids grew up, they built little cottages on their parent’s street so people around this area have a life time of enjoying this hidden gem and everyone knows everyone. In the evening, everyone walks along the beach or down the tree lined streets. In the summer, everyone sits in the front yard with a campfire so they can say hello to their neighbours. As only a few homes are winterized, the area is very peaceful in the winter. Being close to the lake means lots of beautiful white fluffy snow which turns all the trees into a beautiful winter wonderland.

Tent: 1 tent $60/night (2 guests) or 2 tents $120/night (4 guests). Extra guests $15/night. Pet fee $5/night. Note: Guests must bring their own trailer or tent. Bedroom refers to your own trailer or tent sleeping area.

With views of the gardens and the gorgeous river, Sumac Cabin has its own brand-new BBQ, beachside fire pit and a personal canoe to explore our beautiful waterways and all the surrounding (and empty!) local white sand beaches.

There is also a common BBQ that can be used for cooking outdoors. A 3PC bathroom includes towels, toiletries and a blow dryer.
