In 1908, Melbourne House was built on the cliffs above Megalong valley, sharing the same world class views as the iconic Hydro Majestic Hotel 200m away. The heritage cottage is located in the upper Blue Mountains in the quiet town of Medlow Bath, a 5min drive from Katooomba and Blackheath, Wentworth Falls & Leura. The studio features a realistic natural gas log fireplace with sandstone chimneys and tallowwood floors, woodfire oven, high timber lined ceilings and walls, & heritage gardens.

Relax and unwind in this calm, stylish space. Cosy up next to the log fireplace and immerse yourself in the warm, botanical atmosphere. Take a 15 minute walk to the picturesque clifftop lookouts and spectacular waterfalls or meander through the friendly tree-lined neighbourhood to sample the local coffee. Listen to the sounds of the frogs in the pond and watch the black cockatoos rest in the trees as you slow down, recharge and soak up the fresh mountain air, secluded amongst the trees.

Maple View is situated in the small historic town of Medlow Bath, just 10 minutes north of Katoomba and only 90 minutes drive or 120 minutes by train from Sydney. Blackheath Sunny Elevated Studio - A Bower Above

Located just around the corner from The Grand Canyon Loop Walk, Cliff Top Walk and Walls Cave and close to Bridal Veil Falls, A Bower Above is a delightful spot for two. Quiet and on the edge of town, this property with it’s main house and two private accommodations, is an acre and a quarter and was originally farmland and the produce store for Blackheath. Away from the hustle and bustle, but only five minutes to town, it's a place to help you rest, explore and reconnect.

Just 15 minutes from Blackheath, (and only accessible from Blackheath) the cottage is totally self contained, with a wood stove and BBQ facilities. A unique rural escape for nature lovers.

Elphin - your private Leura valley

Elphin is a warm, stylish studio with views from all windows over a beautiful little valley facing north and east, terraced gardens, native ferns and a sunny deck. As you lie in your cozy bed you can watch the trees and birds from beautiful large windows in three different directions. Please do note that if you have any challenges at all with mobility, Elphin is not recommended.
