Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist nicht möglich. Dafür können Sie bei Schnee mit dem Schlitten oder Skis vom Dorf direkt vors Haus fahren. "Mozzio Antica" è una antica dimora situata nel centro storico della piccola Fraz. Mozzio di Crodo (VB), sulle montagne della Valle Antigorio, a quota 820 metri s.l.m. Nell'anno 2015 è stata ristrutturata con la massima cura e attenzione e nel rispetto dell'architettura locale, donandole toni delicati e preziosi dettagli. Si tratta di una casa di montagna, indipendente, con giardino esclusivo da cui si gode di splendida vista sulla vallata, dotata di tutti i comfort per un piacevole soggiorno.

Paradis cocoon et paysage de rêve

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir. En JUILLET et en AOUT, locations du samedi au samedi. 😊

In summer you can dedicate yourself to beautiful walks, hiking in the mountains or to your relax In the stillness of this Pretty house. In winter, the view is tinged with white and in your warm house you will enjoy the falling snow, or dedicate to cross country skiing or alpine in the small facility located a two kilometers from home. Sauna & Relax

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Privater Eingang im Parterre des Hauses, inkl. Parkplatz und Gartensitzplatz - Ländliche Umgebung. Im winter empfehlen wir Anreise nur Autos mit 4WD wegen schnee!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station(up & Downhill -waydirection see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAINSTATION!! Das Haus verfügt über keine Zentralheizung, der Kamin wird mit Holz eingefeuert. Klappt wunderbar!
