Efficiency apartment, Cozy space for 2, could easily sleep 4. Kitchenette, sitting room with 2 barrel chairs, a full size futon and a queen size bed. Private deck & entrance.

1/2 block to the beach, on LBI, open and bright space, beautiful ground level porch for AM sun and people watching. Parking for 2 cars. Quiet location on coveted Ocean Blvd in Brant Beach, LBI, but walking distance to bike rentals, seafood, and ice cream. PLEASE NOTE 7/10/2026 to 8/28/2026- Friday to Friday rentals only.

GREAT location Right off Route 72, last turn before the causeway bridge. Parkway Exit 63. Relaxing view of the lagoon. Sit and watch the boats go by. IDEAL for events at The Mallard or Bonnet Island . Groups of single people under the age of thirty are encouraged to look elsewhere.
