Hi I'm Basil. I live with my donkey family on a beautiful property in Exeter. Come and stay in a lovely private barn beside my paddock. Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. It has a kitchenette (please note: no oven, but have a small stove), comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive to Bundanoon village. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway.

Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

Be greeted in the morning by our small family of horses or bring your own horses for a riding holiday, where an accredited coach is also available for lessons and the Penrose forest is on our doorstep.
