Our 1959-vintage caravan is just 12ft long, best for a couple or two friends. At a pinch, two children could sleep in the king single bed; see the photos and description further down. Wake up to the sounds of Lyrebirds, enjoy a private walk in our rainforest gully and stroll around the garden, one of the best private gardens in the Dandenongs. Offering a minimum one-night stay for a quick getaway, or stay longer & enjoy the peace, sit by the fire - made from a beer keg, and roast marshmallows.

The Beached Van

The Beached Van has come to rest in a private space amongst the Moonah trees at the back of our coastal landscaped garden. From your off street parking space a path leads to the renovated 1970’s caravan with all the creature comforts. The van has a queen bed, lounge area and kitchenette and a relaxed, coastal style. It is sheltered under a veranda with a deck area for lounging, a patio heater and BBQ. Stairs through the garden lead to the luxurious bathroom with floor heating and a big bath tub.

The Nook - Studio with outdoor spa bath & shower

The Nook - A unique deluxe studio based in the Mornington Peninsula with everything you need. Offering a fully private, self contained studio, bathroom, kitchen, outdoor spa and shower, caravan as a second bedroom and an outdoor firepit. Perfect for a couple or two, or a small family and their pet. Come home and unwind with a glass of wine around the firepit or spa bath after your day at the beach, Peninsula Hot Springs or the world class wineries the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

This cosy caravan fits a lot into a small space; with 4 beds, shower, toilet, oven, gas stove, full sized fridge, freezer & outdoor shower. The single beds are only suitable for people less than 70kg. Price is for BYO Linen & Towels. Or cost of $35 per bed to add linen - inc towels & bath mat.
