Charmantes Ferienidyll zwischen Schlosssee und Bodensee. Von hier aus lassen sich viele Hotspots gut erreichen. Man ist genauso schnell am Bodensee, wie im Hinterland. Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Fähre/Schiffe erreicht man mit dem Auto/Bus unkompliziert. In der 100qm geräumigen Wohnung (3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, WC) lassen sich die Urlaubstage nach dem Tagesausflug gemütlich auf dem Sofa bei einem Film, beim gemeinsamen Abendessen oder auf der Terrasse ausklingen.

Die Wohnung ist mit Fußbodenheizung, einem Handtuchtrockner im Bad und einer automatischen Lüftung ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt am Hang und die Wohnung befindet sich im unteren Gartengeschoss, eigener Eingang, Terrasse. Parken leider nur auf der wenig befahrenen Strasse möglich, WLAN ist hier auf dem Land langsam.

Sehr ruhig. Parken direkt an der Straße (Sackgasse) vor dem Haus. WLAN, TV. Süd-Ost-Terrasse vor dem Haus. Nur 20 Minuten zum Bodensee per PKW. Ideal auch als Stützpunkt zum Skifahren, Wandern, z. B. Zürs/Arberg 1:15h (110km) / Golm 1:00h (93km) / Oberstaufen 0:30h / St.Gallen 1:00h.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.

Die Einliegerwohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage ohne Durchgangsverkehr am Waldrand. Die Umgebung lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen, Radtouren oder Wanderungen ein. Die Wohnung hat ca. 40qm Wohnfläche und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, sowie auch eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Teich. Überlingen am Bodensee ist in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der nächstgelegene Badesee Illmensee oder Pfullendorf ist ebenfalls in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
