Maison située sur notre propriété de 6000m2 sur les hauteurs de Trets. Nous habitons sur place mais la terrasse et une partie du jardin sont privatives et sans vis-à-vis. Environnement très calme, au cœur de la verdure. Dans le jardin, accès partagé avec une 2ème maison : terrains de sport et jeux (pétanque, basket, foot, tyrolienne, trampoline, balançoire, château, crossfit). Connexion fibre. A simple, yet very comfortable retreat in the countryside, only a 10 minutes walk to the village of Ménerbes (classified among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France"). Ideal for people who wish to discover the beauty and diversity of the Luberon region with all its hiking trails, perched villages, markets and art and music events. Méjean is a fishermen's village set above the turquoise waters of an enchanting Mediterranean cove. Its pristine waters are listed for the richness of their fauna. The cove attracts kayakers, paddle boarders, divers and yachts coming to enjoy this haven of peace. The place is easy to access, 15' from Toulon station, but the city remains invisible and it feels like the world's end.
