5 storey luxury 175m2 16th Century townhouse in the heart of medieval Saint Paul de Vence, stunningly renovated with a seamless blend of historic authenticity and luxurious Provençal modernity, and situated overlooking the ramparts giving breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. The 3 generously proportioned air-conditioned suites (each 35m2) with en-suite bathrooms sleep 6 guests, and the house has a beautiful open plan fully-equipped kitchen/dining room.

The house of the Artist

This 79 m2 charming town house was originally built in 1792 and therefore a part of the history of our lovely little village, La Colle sur Loup. The house has been totally renovated in 2013, respecting the spirit of a the initial style with stone walls and wooden beams in the ceiling and then with an artistic twist. We will do our outmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The town house is on 3 floors with open access between the different levels in the house.

Elle est accessible à pied par un chemin en béton de 50 m avec une trentaine d'escaliers à la fin. Grand terrain d'oliviers et de châtaigniers à juste 30 min de Nice et de ses plages !

Véritable oasis de verdure, la maison comprend 3 chambres spacieuses et 3 salles de bain. Aucune promiscuité n'est possible car chacune d'entre elles sont séparées par le salon et la salle à manger. Une terrasse permet de prendre les repas tout en admirant le jardin de 5 000m2 et la piscine de 15 x 7m. C'est un havre de paix proche de toutes les commodités.
