Vineyards and wineries are located within a short drive from Sorrento Peninsula Hot Springs is a big favourite and located only 15mins drive away. We are located opposite a bushy reserve, about 3.5km to Mount Martha beach and local shops. With a beautiful bright outlook onto the garden and pool, it provides a restful stay. It's in an ideal location, close to nearby to beaches, wineries and great eateries that the Mornington Peninsula is famous for.

Rye is a seaside resort town, approximately 95 km south of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, on the Mornington Peninsula. Its bay beach is popular with swimmers, fishermen, yachtsmen, and kite-surfers. Its ocean beach (which is not patrolled) is also popular with surfers and surf fisherman. The property has recently been fully renovated which has retained the unique coastal charm of the original dwelling.
