At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Escape to a 1860s building that's been renovated for relaxation, with: SMART TV, Reverse Cycle AirCon, Wi-Fi WFH access remote controlled ceiling fan/overhead light in bedroom. The unit's original sandstone block walls strike a rustic contrast to modern furnishings, including original paintings fully equipped modern kitchen from where you can safely dine in or on the private, covered in patio-in the safest suburb in Sydney. The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Inside you’ll find open-plan living, a cosy bedroom overlooking the garden, plus an open loft second bedroom with its own balcony.
