The trip starts off with an amazing 1-3hr houseboat ride, to a beach of your choice. This is a great time to relax, mix a drink, put on your favorite tunes, and maybe even light up (the BBQ). Once we arrive on the beach and secure the houseboat, you're on your own! When it's time to go home there will be another 1-3hr houseboat ride.

Island is boat access only….so either bring your own boat or use the complimentary shuttle! You must arrive by 5pm for shuttle! Make yourself at home and enjoy the adjoining BBQ cabana as well as the marina’s amenities including the outdoor swimming pool. A unique getaway! This is a completely non smoking/vaping building.

The Dragon + Private Island

The Dragon is a 3-season houseboat moored at a private island in Manitou bay off the Gatineau River, accessed by canoeing 800m from our home parking. The island will be yours alone, offering a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature and a loved one! The Dragon has solar power, as well as a propane cookstove and fridge.
