Our lovely light-filled home offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and elegance featuring four lovely, spacious bedrooms, three living areas and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing delicious meals to be enjoyed in the stylish dining areas. With its central location, our home is a stone's throw away from Bowral's lovely cafes, boutique shops, and cultural attractions.

Lovely views across to Mt Gibraltar, attracting 5* feedback from 95% of guests. Sunny aspect. Quiet, semi-rural neighbourhood. Small patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Free car parking adjacent to private ramped entrance. Key-safe access. By negotiation a small, mature, well-behaved dog accepted in living area, (not in bedrooms, please) and under control in garden area. My place is unsuitable for long term rental so I am not depriving anyone of an affordable housing opportunity.

New apartment located in the prestige "Redford Park Estate" a walk away to the heart of Bowral or 2 min drive to its Restaurants, cafes, boutiques, parks, museums, galleries, vineyards and golf courses.Also 5 min walk within the Estate to visit the Regional Gallery & cafe and explore the stunning gardens and House at "Retford Park", National Trust. The space it is modern, airy , relaxing and stylish. Main bedroom- King bed. Living with large queen sofa bed. Warm and cosy, just come and relax

Cottage with Magnificent views

The cottage is a cute 2 bedroom stand alone house situated on the high side of moss vale towards Robertson. It has views right across the mountains and looks over the agricultural grounds so you feel like your in the country but only 2 mins from town. You can drive up to the house in your own private driveway. We can arrange for a spare single mattress if you have a family of 5. It has a gas hot water and a full kitchen if you need it. It’s also fully fenced so you can bring your dog.

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Wake up to acres of farm views from the super-king bed, and enjoy local goodies for breakfast. Wander the Ashton Park garden and orchards, or visit local vineyards, restaurants, and antique stores. At the end of the day, enjoy a glass of our homemade Limoncello as you relax by the fire pit.

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival.
