Stepping outside and you will find bus station and light rail station within 5 mins walk, perfect for popping into Gungahlin town centre or commuting into the city for work or night out. 1km away to Woolworth metro, seafood shop, pharmacy, local coffee shops and restaurants. Spacious single level with open plan designed wheelchair friendly/ pets friendly (fully fenced with lawn garden) house.

Separate, Comfortable, Functional, Stargazing.

Hideaway in Wamboin. 15 minutes to Queanbeyan or Bungendore, close to wineries. Comfortable, private and separate studio unit (donga) with queen bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)
