Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.

Tocumwal is a historic town situated on the banks of the Murray River, it boasts many natural attractions as well as a 36 hole pristine golf course. Pool avble to guests during warmer weather, (December-March)and may be accessed from 8 am onwards, and concludes 8pm.Pool towls are provided. The cottage is a 2 min walk to Farmers Arms Hotel for meals and a Close walk to the Tocumwal village. Short drive to Golf Club, or courtesy bus. Pet friendly by prior arrangement.
