Welcome to our charming newly renovated home located in Wilmington, Ohio. This house was built by my husband's grandfather in 1954 and has been in our family ever since. This spacious interior is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

Come escape to our completely remodeled cottage by our pond! DIRECT ACCESS TO OUR NATION'S LARGEST NETWORK OF PAVED TRAILS! Bike available to borrow. Boat available for a moonlit cruise. Our 1800's homestead was a stop on the Underground Railroad & a land grant to a Revolutionary War Veteran. The cottage is surrounded on 2 sides with a deck that overlooks the pond and the bike trail. Within 15 minutes of Yellow Springs and Cedarville and thirty minutes of Dayton, Wilmington and Springfield.

Historical late 1800s Schoolhouse/Community Church

Explore Cowan Lake WEC and Amish stores and bakeries all within minutes from this historic Schoolhouse and picturesque setting. This 1882 Rural Schoolhouse is sitting on an acre of the original land. It includes a newly built 29 x 24 Hemlock sided closed pavilion with outside entities. Includes a park like charcoal grill, a gas grill , horseshoes court and corn hole boards. Great for outside gatherings and animal friendly inside and outside, including horse trailer parking and moving vans .

Jesse Brooke Farm

Located 1/2 mile from the World Equestrian Center and 3 miles from Wilmington with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We are centrally located between Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen & furniture. Come and enjoy the cozy comforts of home!

Greystone Cottage in Historic Waynesville

Peaceful cottage on Main Street, just outside the business area. Walk to the shops and restaurants or bike .6 miles to the Ohio to Erie Trail. Equipped kitchenette sufficient to prepare light meals, outdoor grill, patio and lawn for outdoor games. Queen bed and Queen sleeper sofa. There is room for inside bike storage. Greystone Cottage is located close to the Little Miami Bike Trail, canoeing, King’s Island, the Ren Fest, Caesar's Creek, walking distance to restaurants and unique shops.

A third guest can also enjoy the cozy sleeping nook with twin bed and a 4th guest on our roll-away bed.

We ask that you crate your dogs if they are to be left unattended.
