You will have TV, wifi, central heat, air conditioning but expect to hear the water pump run and there is no dishwasher.

The Ark Encounter, Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, and several distilleries are all within an hour of the cabin. This is a great place to relax between visits to these attractions.

Welcome to Lilly's Cottage. Your home away from home. Centrally located, only a 7-minute drive from the Ark Encounter, 7-minute walk to Main Street, and minutes from the Williamstown's other top attractions. This charming cottage is family-friendly, complete with a game room, including an air hockey/pool table, Pop-a-Shot basketball game and card table, and on the second floor, a kid's clubhouse and double twin over full bed with a slide. For mom and dad, a king-sized bed for comfort.

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. Built in 1954, stylish Bluegrass Cottage has been recently renovated and modernized for your comfort and is located 7 minutes from the Ark, and 37 minutes from the Creation Museum!  Centrally located - 2 minutes away from Walmart and multiple restaurants, but still has plenty of privacy with a privacy fenced back yard, and your own propane fire pit! You'll enjoy access through the back gate to the local park with a walking path around the lake, perfect for evening strolls!

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.

You can take a guided tour and be greeted by all the animals during the day and do a little star gazing at night. We are a 50 acre working farm that practices sustainable agriculture, raising the best meats in humane ways. You can grill some to try for yourselves or make smores at the firepit.
