This guest house shares a driveway with our home, but it is completely detached and private. The bedroom sleeps two on a queen mattress, and we provide a queen sized inflatable mattress that fits easily in the living room. The property has a stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, a lovely new bathroom, a two-car garage, and loads of aesthetic.

This is a great home for a family to come together and stay. This neighborhood is family-friendly and very quiet. We are close to Kings Island, Top Golf, Main Event, outlet shopping, and the Western & Southern Open. There are two bedrooms that can be accessed without steps for anyone in your party who may need one-level living. However, there are three additional bedrooms in the basement that would require access via steps. Please reach out with any questions as we are happy to assist you.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
