L’appartamento risulta confortevole, arredato con stile moderno, situato al pianterreno di una casa bifamiliare che si affaccia sulla strada che conduce in Valle Verzasca. Approfittando della terrazza si può godere di una bellissima vista sul Lago Maggiore.

È ideale per chi cerca relax, ma anche per esplorare i dintorni: il lago, la Valle Verzasca e Locarno sono tutti raggiungibili in 10 minuti di auto. A piedi dall’appartamento partono sentieri in montagna.

Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.

Unsere Casa Rossa bietet mit dem Grottino eine Einliegerwohnung an. Es ist ein Studio und hat keine abgetrennten Räume, siehe Fotos. Für unsere Gäste ist es Raum für Rückzug, Erholung, Komfort, eigene Küche, sonnige Wohnlage mit Gartensitzplatz, sehr zentrale Lage, Nähe zu ÖV (5 Min.), Nähe zum See, geeignet für Paare oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern (Kinderbett vorhanden). Kleine Wohnung mit grossartiger Aussicht

Wir vermieten ein Studio in einem alten, stilvollen Tessinerhaus mit schönster Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore 10 Minuten von Locarno entfernt. Das Studio verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, ein eigenes Badezimmer und kleine Küche, sowie eine eigene Terrasse. Der gedeckte Balkon mit der grossartigen Aussicht darf mitbenutzt werden und lädt im Sommer wie auch im Winter, bei Tag und Nacht, ein.

Unsere Atelierwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Tenero im Erdgeschoss eines neu erbauten Hauses. Ruhige Lage, da keine Durchgangsstrasse in der Nähe ist. Unser kleines, authentische Rustico liegt zwischen den Dörfern Contra und Mergoscia (ca. jeweils 30-40 Min. zu Fuss entfernt) im Weiler Fressino. Es eignet sich gut für 2 Personen (plus max. 2 Kleinkinder) und ist ideal für Naturfreunde und Wanderer. Einige Wanderwege beginnen direkt vor der Haustüre.
