My session with Kat was wonderful! I did it during a trip (the day before my birthday) and it was a great way to cleanse my spirit and release any negative/ blocking energy going into my new year. The session includes a few different practices/ rituals and Kat had a beautiful, welcoming energy. The location was also so peaceful and serene. I highly recommend this unique experience!!
