Born in São Paulo, I’ve spent nearly 30 years in the U.S., mostly in NYC, where I trained as a designer. I also lived in Toronto, and owned and ran restaurants in both New York City and the BVI. Now working as a chef and equity trader. My cooking draws from global traditions—Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, Latin American—and is enriched by years of travel, service, and experience in wine pairing and tasting menus.
