This place was perfect for us. Although other reviewers found the bathroom small we absolutely loved it. It is bigger than our bathroom in our Brooklyn apartment. The location is great. You can easily walk to so many spots which is something we really value. Of note, Babas on Cannon (great coffee and banana bread), Bad Bunnies Coffee (no relation to the awesome musician), Stella's (greek), Millers All Day (a bit of a walk, but we needed it after all we ate) Uncorked (a self serve wine bar with some great wines).
Communication with the hosts was easy and clear. I was hesitant to click on links they sent to fill out some additional information for them, but it was legit. Overall I recommend this place.

Absolutely beautiful space and very thoughtfully organized. As a single woman travelling alone, I can’t say enough how much I appreciated the video instructions upon arrival. It was dark when I arrived so having that and being able to follow clear instructions was helpful and I was able to get to the location quickly. The host checked in with me to make sure I had everything I needed, no check out chores. I just really appreciated how effortless the stay was and how peaceful the outside area was.
