Add to that a woodfire pizza oven, fire pit, BBQ, dartboard and outdoor games, and there’s seemingly no need to venture beyond the garden gate.... except the beach - only 200m away!

A quick 5 minute drive takes you into Torquay town centre & it's beautiful beaches. ****4 night minimum from 22 Dec, 2026 through to 11 Jan, 2027. If your stay is longer than 4 days, our housekeepers will arrive on the 4th day to re-set the studio****

Come and enjoy the open space. Our guest house is situated on 32 acres of country landscape with ocean views. Comfortably furnished. Large king bed, bunk room, fold out queen koala sofa & two single fold out occasional chairs. Both Bathroom have 2 showers 2 toilets. ( dormitory style bathrooms ) Modern kitchen with appliances. Outdoor bbq area, fire pit and plenty of room to play. Less than 5 mins drive to Torquay beach and shops. The best part is the freedom and fresh air:)

Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality.
