The bar features over 40 unique whiskies and liquors which are displayed neatly behind the counter, including a rare bottle of Hibiki 12, which you won’t find in any other bar in Tokyo (really – these guys are one of the few people who got their hands on the last batch). The resident mixologist will whip up anything at your request, but you can’t leave without tasting their classic whisky cocktails. Order the Tokyo Side Car (¥1,600) with Yamazaki whisky, cointreau, lemon and orange, or the Green Tea Julep with Bourbon whiskey, mint, sugar and matcha powder for a refreshing hit. If you have a sweet tooth, we suggest going for the Cowboy (¥1,500) with Bourbon whiskey topped with cream and coco
