Oli's Trolley offers fully narrated tours of Mount Desert Island and are a fun, relaxing way to discover the unique treasures of our island. Enjoy our friendly guides’ knowledge and flair for storytelling while you journey past historic landmarks and fantastic scenery. Acadia National Park Tour: View historic mansions of the rich and famous in the way in and the way out of Acadia National Park. Learn about the area’s rich history, from discovery in 1604 to the great fire of 1947. Enjoy spectacular scenery, including Paradise Hill, Frenchman Bay, and the summit of Cadillac Mountain. Experience the biggest attractions of Acadia National Park, including the Nature Center and Wild Gardens at Sieur de Mont’s spring, Thunder Hole on Ocean Drive, Sand Beach, and Otter Cliffs. The tour includes three 15-minute stops for walks and photos. The scheduled stops are Cadillac Mountain Summit, Thunder Hole on Ocean Drive, and the Sieur de Mont’s Spring area, including the Wild Gardens and Nature Center of Acadia. Downtown Bar Harbor Tour Established in 1796, Bar Harbor became a “rusticators paradise” in the early 19th century and a summer playground for the wealthy in the late 19th and early 20th centuries Learn about the village’s rich history from its establishment in 1796 to current day events. Enjoy the scenery as the trolley journeys through the downtown village pointing out historic sites and landmarks with tales of a by-gone era. Our tour provides an opportunity to get off the trolley in the downtown area to walk around and explore the village and you can rejoin the tour later in the day
