There is a trail that leads up to the top where you'll have a gorgeous view of Hood Canal and Seattle in the distance. If you are feeling lazy....you can drive all the way to the top! This is just on the other side of Quilcene from us.

a good hike up to the top but well worth it especially on a clear day.

A steep, more difficult hike. Vertical all the way up! The lookout is beautiful when the sky is clear. Beautiful blooming rhododendrons during the spring.

Two views from Mt.Walker in the Olympic Forest, just above scenic highway 101!! The Eastern view is a full view from North Seattle to nearly Olympia, with the Cascade Mtns in the background (Mt. Rainier & Mt. Baker) an amazing secret spot on the 4th of July to be impressed too! The Western View is filled with the majestic and rugged Olympic Mtns and look north to Vancouver Island,Canada too! Bring a telescope anytime of year for these views, daytime and nighttime! Great parking, picnic tables, benches and ADA pathways too, an easy walk for the BEST OF THE NORTHWEST!!
