Seawall Park is a small but scenic park that runs parallel to Langley’s main street. The park is easily reached by anyone walking through Langley and features picnic tables, beach access and a great view of Saratoga Passage and the Cascade mountains. The park is bounded on each side by Boy and Dog Park, and Thomas Hadkey Memorial Park.
Located in downtown Langley. You can take in the views from the benches at street level, or venture down closer to the water and have a picnic. There are tables available at the bottom of the stairs with views of the Saratoga Passage, Camano Island , and the Cascades. At lower tides you can walk on the beach past Langley Inn and beyond. This is a quiet beach with stunning views on clear days. One of the few public beaches where you can take a long walk on the sand.
