This is as close to the water as you can get for a Portland restaurant. The views are good and the seafood is fresh. Basic menu has lobster rolls, chowder, etc.

Laid-back, rustic, and serving up stunning water views, Luke's is a can't miss. While it can be a little pricey, they serve up seafood plates plus lobster specials that are simply worth it. Plus you can get drinks at the bar and take in the views.
