Suggest MARTA/Lyft/Uber when attending events downtown. Companies contracted by The City of Atlanta are notorious for booting cars and then demanding exorbitant cash fees upfront for removal. -Last I heard, boot removal fees were $75 cash. Downtown hotels charge at least $40 a day for parking.
