The staff at Palmetto Distillery give a great history lesson about moonshining and a tour of the distillery. The tasting at the end is generous and we recommend walking around downtown Anderson or popping into a restaurant to soak up some of the 105 proof White Lightening. There are often Groupon's offering a deal for a tour and tasting.
