The owners of Bayfield Hall - a spectacular country house - have created permissive footpaths across their farms. You can enjoy woodland walks, stroll to the lake with cattle grazing nearby and see one of England's new rivers, created in the last five years. The paths go through undulating countryside with a wide range of trees. Bayfield Hall also has an antiques centre and a cafe and they run a farmers' market once a month.
