Lovely walks, hard going but the views are amazing. Direct access from the car park at Combe Martin. Little Hangman is 716 feet (218 m) high and overlooks the village of Combe Martin at the western boundary of Exmoor National Park. If you walk further to Great Hangman this has the highest sea cliff in England and the highest point on the South West Coast Path.

A walk that can be done from the cottage by walking down to Combe Martin beach and then following the SW coast path up hill (to the east). The walk can also be incorporated with a visit to Wild Pear beach. There are great views from the top of Little Hangman hill of the North Devon coastline and countryside, although the views are more impressive from the much higher Great Hangman hill or Holdstone Down.

Stunning section of the South West Coast path. Takes in Little Hangmans - highest sea cliff in England - and much more. Green as a green thing ! (can't tag this section of the South West Coast Path on here)
