Absolutely stunning waterfalls and scenic hike Along the creek. Located in Mapleton. Beautiful all year round offering a different view for each season.

A beautiful and easy family friendly hike to sweet creek falls . The Sweet Creek Trail is 2.2 miles, and winds through the forest along wooden bridges along side rushing water.

Waterfalls, Ferns and Moss cover the landscape. Moderate hiking trails following running water. This hike is approximately a 40 min drive from the unit.

Near Mapleton. A relatively short hike but worth the drive. Especially if going to the coast anyway. Take the back road to Florence from near the trailhead for an adventure. (It was passable the last time I was on it!

If you like water falls and easy hikes, this one's for you! Water Fall after Water Fall! Sweek Creek Falls is about 30 min East of Pirate's Cove.
