The 7 express train from this station will take you to Grand Central Station in about 20 minutes, 25 minutes to Times Square. 30 minutes in the other direction will take you to the Queens zoo and the Queens botanical gardens with some walking on the other side. Train runs local on weekends and off hours. Station is 7-10 minutes away on foot.

here you catch the 7 train directly to Time Square, you would take the Q18 bus in the corner of the property to this subway station - you will get to Manhattan in less than an hour
