Blue Flag Status - go to for East Coast Surfers & probably Norfolk’s most popular surf spot, home to the largest chalk reef in Europe which provides one of the more consistent breaks in North Norfolk. Gives small but nicely shaped waves 1-3 foot up to 4 or 5 on a good day. Car Park & loos

East & West Runton beaches are tucked away between Sheringham and Cromer, these are shingle beaches levelling out to sand when the tide is out and great for rock pooling and beech combing at the base of the cliffs. Both beaches have been awarded Blue Flag status. Cafe and car parks are close by.
