Texas Style BBQ, brought to you by Chef Ash Fulk of Bravo's Top Chef. This is my favorite BBQ spot in NYC, when i'm in town I eat here 1x a week. My favorites are the prime rib, pork belly, moist brisket, and spare ribs. Side items are all delicious, and this is what sets this place apart from others. All the side items are amazing, and could stand on their own. My favorites: collard greens, corn bread, corn pudding, mac and cheese, hot or cold german potatoes, and sweet potato mash :D
