Fabulous views across the Surrey hills. Take a right out of Barn Cottage, then right onto Tannery lane. Follow Tannery lane for about 1/2 mile until you reach a T-junction. Directly ahead you will see a path that runs uphill. Follow the path to the top where you will see a stile, take right and follow the path for about another 1/2 mile, then take a right to Chinthurst hill where there are various routes to get to the top. Take a drink / picnic to enjoy after your climb!
