This intimate, creative space in a great pub hosts something every night of the week. The eclectic range of comedic goodness includes comedy quizzes, improv nights, Queer as Jokes, stand-up comedy courses, and work in progress from top comedians on the circuit, like Stuart Laws, John-Luke Roberts, Gary Tro, Alistair Williams, Tony Law, Joz Norris. Some shows are free and operate on a first-come, first-served basis—arrive before 7 pm on weekends. If you’re not lucky enough to get a ticket, it’s still great to hang out in the bar and soak up the atmosphere, as the space is a popular creative hub frequented by anyone who’s anyone in comedy.
