Great pub with a sun trap garden. Large car park. No food available from the pub at the moment but you can take food in and often there is a takeaway facility in the car park. Interesting selection of real ales. Dog friendly.

Busy pub popular with locals but will accept visitors! This is the place to go to watch sport I believe. I haven't eaten here but I believe they do a very nice Sunday carvery and basic pub grub other evenings. Lots of live music especially in holiday periods. Quite a nice beer garden at the back. It backs onto their car park but beyond that a lovely green, the beautiful Peter Ad Vincula Church which dates back to 13th century and the rustling River Umber. There's a very small childrens' play park a short walk away. 5 to 10 minutes walk from us.
