Don't let the name deter you - Butt Hutt has some dang good barbeque. Their style is low key - paper plates, plastic utensils - and their barbeque is amazing. This is about a two minute drive from the townhouse and is a family fave. It is perfect for large groups and also has a full bar in the back and is open late. Try the corn nuggets - they might sound strange but they are delicious.
