Situated conveniently close to the elegant spa town of Harrogate, the vibrant city of Leeds and the historic town of York, Wetherby serves an ideal base for exploring the wider region. we would love to welcome you to our lovely house designed to provide an unforgettable stay offering our guests nothing short of our very own expectations. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a freezer. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, internet access and a music player. There is one bedroom in this house which contains a king bed. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is free private parking at the premises for one car - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. - Pets are not allowed at the property.The property is unsuitable for children. - Please note: This is a one-bedroom property and is suitable for a maximum of two named guests as per the booking. Any additional overnight guests will be considered a breach of the booking terms, and in such cases, all guests may be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Manor Croft Cottage Harrogate

“Manor Croft” is a quaint detached cottage on a picture postcard village green at the bottom of the garden of Manor Cottage, enjoying complete privacy and has been tastefully refurbished and modernised including high speed WiFi connection and a smart TV. The kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and electric oven and washing machine. The cottage has Gas fired Central Heating and is fully double-glazed, with French Windows that lead out onto a fully enclosed and private patio area.

Old Wives House apartment is a converted barn located at the end of a private road in the heart of open countryside, surrounded by woodland. The apartment is a great private space for a couple, can sleep 4 inc children / not suitable for 4 adults as the bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom! Linton is a great base to explore Yorkshire with a number of public bridleways right on the doorstep leading to the local village of Sicklinghall or River Wharfe. Truly Great escape all year around!
