Nostalgia by the Sea. A cosy but spacious getaway that is located 200 m from the ocean, 100 m to Coffs Creek Walk & Bike Path, and 1 km to Coffs Marina & Harbour. The cottage has 50 m2 of indoor space, including a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, living and dining areas that includes a 55" TV and a 200 L fridge, a kitchenette/bathroom, separate shower room and separate wc. Katandra offers a self - contained guest suite with separate entrance at the front of our home. It comprises a large bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. There is a large comfortable living area. The separate breakfast room has a small sink, fridge, microwave, electric double hotplate for your basic cooking needs as well as a kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.
