Le gîte du Mesnil est situé dans une grande longère d' un ancien corps de ferme, à 4 minutes de l' A84. Nous vous accueillons avec plaisir et une arrivée autonome tardive est possible grâce à une boîte à clés. Il n' y a pas de frais de ménage à l' unique condition de laisser le gîte dans le même état de propreté que vous l' avez trouvé en arrivant. Si vous ne respectez pas cette condition, il vous sera facturé 50€. Les animaux de compagnie ne doivent pas rester seuls enfermés dans le logement .

Une terrasse privative et un parking privé gratuit sont à votre disposition. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve la pièce de vie (salon, cuisine) et les toilettes. Au 1er étage, les 2 chambres et la salle de bain ( linge de lit et serviettes fournis). Les animaux ne restent pas seuls au gîte et ne dorment pas dans le lit ou canapé.

Set within a large private mature garden which is fully enclosed the cottage features a really comfortable interior making it the ideal place to visit all year round. Close to must see destinations such as Mont St Michel, St Malo, Cancale, Dinan, Rennes and the Normandy Beaches and war Memorials it is ideally located to explore everything that's on offer in this area of Brittany and Normandy.

The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.
