An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. Gite avec piscine dans un avre de verdure

Maison individuelle, située en campagne sur notre propriété aborée, prés de notre mas provençal, où vous pourrez vous ressourcer au plus proche de la nature dans un cadre de verdure . Vous pouvez séjourner en toute autonomie, mais aussi profiter de notre région riche d'histoire, de son terroir et d'activités plein air (vélo,canoë,équitation,randonnée..). La piscine vous est réservée le long de votre séjour de 9h à 20h30. Elle est traité au sel,elle n'est pas chauffée. Le village se situe à 2km.

Situé à 5 min de la sortie d'autoroute Avignon Nord aux portes du Lubéron notre demeure bénéficie de proximités attrayantes. En effet Avignon centre se situe à 12 min en voiture (5min avec la navette ferroviaire), 10 min des parcs de loisirs Spirou et Wave. Visitez dans un rayon de 30 km tout ce qui fait l'attractivité de notre région (Gordes, les baux de Provence, le pont du Gard, Saint Rémy, le Mont Ventoux, fontaine de Vaucluse, Vaison la Romaine et les innombrables, villages touristiques)

Au RdC 1 Séjour/Salon avec 1 canapé lit de 2 places, 1 cuisine équipée, 1 Wc; A l'étage 1 chambre parentale avec lit de 160 et 1 douche à l'Italienne. Une grande terrasse avec vue sur le Mont Ventoux et Château Neuf du Pape vous permettra de passer un agréable moment de détente.

Gite Le Mas du Castellas 5*

A louer, gîte de 50m2 situé dans la campagne du Thor. Le logement de type loft se situe dans un mas au calme, et il est entièrement indépendant. Il est composé d'une pièce à vivre avec salon et cuisine, et à l'étage une chambre, une salle de bain et un WC séparé. Aménagé et décoré avec gout, il dispose de tous les éléments de confort. Pour vos loisirs, vous accédez à l'ensemble des équipements de la maison : piscine chauffée, billard, baby-foot... Gîte classé : 5 étoiles.

D'une surface de 50 m² , climatisé, il comprend une chambre en mezzanine avec lit double, un séjour avec cheminée et canapé convertible 2 places, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle d'eau et un parking. Dans un cadre de verdure exceptionnel et calme vous pourrez profiter d'une piscine qui vous est entièrement réservée, et d'activités mises à votre disposition. Il se situe en Provence, à deux pas d'Avignon .

La dépendance provençale

Restaurée par nos soins la dépendance provençale est au coeur d'un village Gardois paisible, à proximité de nombreuses activités (Théâtre antique d'Orange 10min, palais des Papes d'Avignon 25min, Pont du Gard 25min...à 1h15 de la mer). L'accès à la maison louée se fait via une pièce traversante de notre maison, le petit jardin ( encore en cours d’aménagement)et la piscine ( opérationnelle en juin-juill- août) sont commun mais la maison louée est totalement indépendante

2-room apartment in a Provencal farmhouse

The Mas includes a very quiet air-conditioned 2-room apartment in the middle of the vineyards, not overlooked. 5 minutes from the A9 motorway, this independent 2/3 room apartment with equipped kitchen, large double bed (140cm) and 2-seater sofa bed (160cm) with mattress (19cm). If booked for 5 people, we open an additional connecting room with 1 bed for 1 person in 120 cm. This third room can also be booked for 3 or 4 people by indicating a reservation for 5 people.

Gîte in the heart of the Boucarut vineyard

Adjacent to the old Provençal farmhouse of our estate, we offer for rent a recently renovated annex. Our domain (in organic agriculture) and the gite are located in the heart of the vineyards of Roquemaure in the Lirac appellation and very close to Avignon and the A9 freeway exit. It is a farm gite with dogs, cats and chickens, the exteriors may be rustic but the gite offers all modern comforts and shared access to the pool with us (June to September).

Villa Julio

You'll find us just a 10 minutes walk from the medieval village of Saint Laurent des Arbres and conveniently situated between the historic cities of Nîmes 30mins. and Avignon 25mins. There is easy access to the beaches, and the famous ‘ Camargue’ region. We are minutes from a beautiful pine forest and surrounded by vineyards. It's a great place for walking, biking and hiking and ideally situated for sightseeing.
