It's a cosy space, so ideal for couples too who want to enjoy time together. With a large and private garden leading directly to the beach. View the family of kangaroos. Light up the fire pit and BBQ and relax. Base price for 4 guests. Extra guests $20 per night per person which is calculated on input of numbers of guests.

There is a large comfortable living area. The separate breakfast room has a small sink, fridge, microwave, electric double hotplate for your basic cooking needs as well as a kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies.
