Set on 39 acres on the Far South Coast you'll find a cleared block of land in the bush, a place called Sugar Rock Ranch. Located opposite the northern end of the Beowa National Park in Eden, the perfect location for eco-conscious travellers in search of getaways full of quiet, nostalgia and adventures outdoors. Things are kept simple here, the atmosphere is relaxed and casual (like it’s owners) the way a cabin in the bush should be with a down-to-earth feel and a great appreciation for nature.

A fully functional kitchen with a coffee pod machine. Air conditioning/heating. For the winter months you have the option of a combustion heater. (Only for those who have experience.) A comfortable lounge area. also, a radio that can be paired to your devices so you can play you own music, Tv & Free Wi-Fi included.

Only a short walk to the beach(s) great for those who seek a health & wellness space. This is a self contained studio adjacent to our home - the kitchenette does not include an oven or stovetop however there is a Weber baby BBQ, a toaster, microwave, fridge and sandwich maker. We offer free WiFi and Netflix.

You will love the Crows Nest as soon as you arrive! Located high up on the hill overlooking Merimbula Bay, lake and town. The view is stunning! You will have exclusive use of the lower level of my house with separate entrance. It offers a large openplan lounge, kitchenette, separate bedroom with kingsize bed and a bathroom.
