This uniquely built barn situated in the Gold Coast hinterland is within walking distance to national parks. Made from recycled wharf timber, the barn is set on an 18 acre farm beset by green lawns. A king bed with ensuite, separate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

The Hillside Retreat in Tambourine Mountain is the ideal getaway with breathtaking views of the Gold Coast and the hinterland, with an outdoor swimming pool, a heated spa, garden and bbq facilities. Enjoy the calm and tranquillity of the mountain with trails to hike, while being a few minutes' drive from the distilleries, wineries, Gallery Walk, Skywalk, National Park, Botanic Garden, fine eateries and a golf course. This serene location enables you to listen to abundant bird calls and watch the native animals without disturbing them. The chalet offers private and uninterrupted views of the surrounding area. GC Hospital is a 6 min drive or one tram stop away. Parkwood East tram station is a 10 min peaceful walk. Light rail (tram) takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the end of main house yet very private.
