Appart skis aux pieds proche express des Prodains

L'appartement de 28 m2 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre chalet dans un endroit calme et préservé. Il se situe à 3 km du centre de Morzine et à proximité de l'express des Prodains. L'hiver, il est possible de partir du chalet skis aux pieds pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus direction Morzine ou Avoriaz via des navettes gratuites (arrêt proche du chalet). Le retour d'Avoriaz peut se faire à skis. Des sentiers pédestres au départ du chalet sont accessibles. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes.

Nous louons notre chalet avec tous les équipements et jeux pour les enfants dvd, jeux divers (légo playmobil barbies sylvania livres monopoly trivial poursuite...) Il y a une terrasse sur laquelle vous pouvez manger, un BBQ, une table de ping-pong Nous proposons le tri des déchets avec 1 bac pour les plastiques, 1 bac pour le verre, 1 compost. Nous n'acceptons pas les animaux l'hiver car trop d'entretien ( salissures dues à la neige) Nous prêtons les luges et raquettes à neige.⛄️

Accès direct au parc des sports des Dérêches (piscine, courts de tennis, centre équestre, parcours santé, palais des congrès, patinoire, parcours aventure etc...) Idéalement situé au centre du village, l'ensemble des commerces, bars et restaurants sont accessibles sans véhicule. Une place de parking privée non couverte est a disposition.
